We specialize in tutoring under Supplemental Education Services (SES). That means free reading and/or math tutoring for many children who attend certain schools in certain districts that get No Child Left Behind support.

We see that as a golden opportunity for our children to own the fundamentals they’re going to need every day:

skills. Knowledge College gives kids a tool box for lifelong learning. Study and test-taking strategies. Problem-solving skills. Making good choices. Managing time. Learning how to learn. That’s what our tutors teach when they work on math and reading. Kids own it all in a take-home workbook.

reading. Our programs do more than meet state standards. They tap into the latest research and teaching tools as we follow major national organizations that work for literacy. We emphasize reading for grades K-12 to lay down the basic skills children need to do well in all other subjects.

math. Our programs does math the right way. We lay down strong basic skills with a fun, up-to-date approach. Then we help kids grow to meet and surpass state standards. Improving math performance in middle and high school is a national priority and a tutoring focus for our more advanced students.

And that’s not all. Knowledge College tutors have vast experience. They can teach any subject, study skills, homework skills, test prep.
