Fantastic results from our 2011 parent survey

Knowledge College continually strives to improve our tutoring program each year. That is why we send parent surveys home in March.   Outside of testing the students, parent feedback is the best measure of how well we are doing.   And we are so thankful for all the parents who participated in the survey this year.   Here is what we found out from the survey:

• 95% of all parents said they would sign-up with Knowledge College again next year.

• 95% of parents rate our program as satisfactory to excellent.

• 92% were happy with the communication they received from the tutor about his/her child’s progress.

• 96% were pleased with the time and location of tutoring.

In short, we provided a great service, communicated student progress regularly, and provided tutoring at a location and time that was convenient for each family. How can you beat that?
